Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
